Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on product availability and shipping method.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Some products may require additional processing or specialized transport. In such cases, delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks. If this applies to your order, you will be notified by email with an updated delivery estimate.

If you do not wish to proceed with the order after receiving the delivery estimate, you may cancel your order for a full refund before the item is shipped.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Optional Tracked & Insured Shipping is available for £4.99.

All shipping options and costs are clearly displayed during checkout after entering your delivery address.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, crushed or visibly impacted, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

Please include:

your order number
photos of the outer packaging
photos or video of the damaged product

Once the issue is verified, we will provide either:

a replacement product, or
a full refund.

Customers will not be charged return shipping for damaged-on-arrival items.

Please do not return the item before contacting our support team.
