    You may cancel anytime before shipping for a full refund.

• Large / Heavy / High-Value Items (over £100):
  Some items require special transport to avoid customs or tax issues.
  Shipping time is typically 4–5 weeks.
  You may cancel within 24 hours after receiving the estimated shipping date.

Damaged / Hit Parcels (48-Hour Reporting Window)

If your parcel arrives damaged, hit, crushed, or with visible impact, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@beautyic.co.uk.

Please include:

• Photos of the outer packaging, showing the damage

• Photos/videos of the product

• Your order number

Once received, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
You will not be charged for return shipping on damaged-on-arrival items.
Please do not return the parcel before contacting us.
